Reselling Policy

This Reselling Policy outlines the precisely what is deemed reselling on our platform and the do’s and do not’s regarding items that you the seller did not make or design. “Reselling” is advertising an item that you, the seller, did not make or design. Food Prepped’s marketplace includes handmade items and supplies. Reselling is only allowed in the supplies categories. 

All products listed in our Handmade category must be made or designed by you, the seller. Reselling is not permitted in Handmade. Read more in our Handmade Policy.

Examples of forbidden reselling include the following: 

• Artistically repackaging commercial products (for example a gift basket consisting of non-handmade items)
• Curating a group of others’ handmade products that you did not design or make
• Selling products made or designed by another seller who is not part of your shop 
• Selling traditional fair-trade items that you did not design or make

Food Prepped reserves the right to remove listings that do not follow our policies. Sellers remain obligated to pay any fees incurred in listing such items.
