How do I update my profile information?
Updating your profile information on Food Prepped is straightforward and can be done through your account settings. Here’s how:
Step 1: Access Your Dashboard: Log in to your account and navigate to the dashboard by clicking on “Account Settings” or your account name in the head menu.
Step 2: Navigate Account Settings: Within your dashboard, you’ll find various sections such as Orders, Following, Support Tickets, Inquiries, Addresses, and My Details.
Step 3: Edit Your Information: To update your profile information, go to “My Details” where you can edit and store your personal and business information. This includes your bio, contact details, and any other relevant information you wish to share with the Food Prepped community.
Note: Payment Information: It’s important to note that bank details are not stored with Food Prepped directly. Instead, we use secure payment gateway providers to process transactions, ensuring your financial data is protected.
Remember to save your changes before exiting the settings page to ensure your updates are applied.
