Relatively, leaving reviews by expressing your satisfaction with the gourmet delights you’ve ordered on Food Prepped is easy and helps others make informed choices. Here’s how to share your experience:
- Log into FoodPrepped.com or the Food Prepped app and navigate to ‘Your account’.
- Click on ‘Purchases and reviews’.
- Select the food or drink item you want to rave about.
- Assign a star rating next to ‘Review this item’—there’s no minimum word count for leaving reviews.
- Detail your experience, adding a photo if you wish.
- Submit your review—on the website, click ‘Post Your Review’; on the app, tap ‘Submit’.
If you’ve indulged in multiple treats from the same vendor, you’re welcome to review each one.
Our Five-Star Review System:
Chiefly, Food Prepped uses a straightforward five-star system, with one being the lowest and five the highest, to rate your purchases. The more you share your food or beverage’s taste, presentation, or delivery, the more you assist fellow foodies. Explicitly, your completed review, along with your profile info, will be visible under the seller’s reviews.
Additionally, on the iOS app, you can rate specific aspects like item quality and service, but these won’t appear publicly or influence the overall star rating or shop score. The visible star rating for a seller is an average of the reviews they’ve received over the past year.
Eligibility for Reviewing:
Subsequently, leaving reviews on items, expire after a 100-day window from the estimated delivery date. Conversely, the review period remains open even if there’s an ongoing case. Likewise, the purchase must be linked to a Food Prepped account to be reviewable and not subject to an open case or cancellation.
Editing Your Reviews:
That is to say, feel free to tweak your review within 100 days unless a case is active for that order. However, if the seller responds to a review of 3 stars or less, the review can no longer be edited, even if the seller’s response is removed.

If a seller’s response to your review seems off, report it directly on Food Prepped. Here’s how:
- Go to the seller’s shop homepage, find your review, and click ‘Report this response’.
- Food Prepped will investigate privately, adhering to our policies, and take necessary action without public response to the report.
