What is Food Prepped’s return policy?

For returns or exchanges, the individual seller from whom you’ve made your purchase on Food Prepped is your primary contact. Sellers independently manage their transactions and are in charge of addressing any issues related to cancellations, refunds, and returns.

Refunds and Returns on Food Prepped

  • Sellers on Food Prepped are not obliged to accept returns, exchanges, or offer a refund unless they have specified such terms in their listing’s return policy.
  • If you wish to return an item and the seller agrees to the return, make sure to discuss and agree upon the return details through direct messages before sending the item back.

Seller Listing Policies

  • Sellers on Food Prepped have the autonomy to set their own rules regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns for the items they sell.
  • They may have different policies for different items, or they might not accept returns for certain items at all. It’s advisable to review the return policy for each item you intend to purchase, especially if buying multiple items from the same seller.

If the Seller Can’t Assist

  • If the seller is unable to resolve your issue, you can seek assistance from Food Prepped by initiating a case.
  • Food Prepped offers a Purchase Protection programme that may cover your order. Under this programme, you could be eligible for a full refund if your order never arrives, if it arrives damaged, or if it’s not as described.
  • To request support from Food Prepped, go to your order history, select the relevant order, and click on ‘Open a case’ at the bottom of the page.

  • If you’ve purchased as a guest, you will need to link your order to a Food Prepped account before you can open a case with us.
