  • By uploading media, you confirm you have the rights to use it, and you grant Food Prepped the license to share your content under our Terms of Use.

Seller Responses:

Sellers can reply to reviews, but their comments must also respect our policies. You can report any response that doesn’t align with our guidelines.

Creating and Sharing Content

As a member of the Food Prepped community, you can create and upload messages, photos, and videos. Keep our platform welcoming and respectful by not sharing content that:

  • Is hateful, threatening, or breaches our Anti-Discrimination and Hate Speech Policy.
  • Interferes with another member’s business or misleads others.
  • Infringes upon intellectual property rights or personal privacy.
  • Skirts around the Food Prepped checkout process.
  • Makes medical claims or sexualises minors.

Handling Order Issues

Should a culinary misadventure occur, contact the seller first. If unresolved, you can open a case with Food Prepped for issues like non-delivery or discrepancies in item description, potentially covered by our Purchase Protection Program. Food Prepped maintains the discretion to determine eligibility for this program.

Your Personal Information

Food Prepped may use your details to help resolve disputes, and if you’re due a refund, we’ll aim to process it in your original payment form—or as Food Prepped credit after 180 days.

When Purchase Protection Steps In:

Should you encounter any discrepancies, such as non-arrival, late arrival, damaged goods, or items not matching their description, we’re ready to help. Here’s when our Purchase Protection Program can provide a full refund, including taxes and postage:

Timely and Accurate Delivery: Your items should be sent within the seller’s stated preparation time and delivered by the estimated date to the address specified at purchase.

Item Condition: Your culinary delights should arrive ready to enjoy, without damage and packaged appropriately.

True to Description: What you see on the listing is what you should expect. If there’s a significant difference in colour, design, materials, or authenticity, we’ll be on hand to assist.

What Doesn’t Qualify:

There are a few scenarios where the Purchase Protection Program won’t apply, like items that have been used or altered after delivery, or disputes over postage costs.

The Cancellation and Return Process

While cancellation is primarily in the seller’s hands, you can request one through Messages. Sellers should clearly state their return policies in their shop information, which you should review before purchasing.

UK residents may have additional rights to a “cooling off period,” allowing returns without reason within a specific timeframe. But this may not be applicable to certain products.
